From Heels to Flats
4 years ago I made a life changing decision. I decided to leave my high stress-70 hour work week- management position with a large reputable financial institution for an unpaid- work from home-168 hour work week position. Yes. 168 hours a week. I am a full time mommy of 3 beautiful babies; two of whom I am blessed to mother on earth and one who resides with my Father in heaven.
I started this blog to document my adventures with Nate and to begin writing once again, but it has evolved into something so much bigger. 4 years later, I have had two additions to my family and continue my career in motherhood, one day at a time.
In hindsight, angry screaming clients were a piece of cake compared to trying to raise kindhearted, loving, honest children with a sense of giving.
MY BABES
Nathan is my first born. He is an amazing toddler that can’t help but smile ALL the time. Ever since he was a newborn, he smiled. Everywhere I go, everyone always mentions his beautiful smile and the joy he can’t help but share. He loves dinosaurs, trains, space, legos, star wars, the ocean and all its living creatures, and is currently obsessing over every kind of whale (he literally sleeps with 15 different stuffed whales) and chapter books.

Nathan
Emme is my second born. She was born April 5th, 2014 and passed 8 days later. She lived in my womb for 9 beautiful months and shared 8 golden days with our family. She was lovingly referred to as Ms. Emme because she was feisty, powerful and inspiring. She enjoyed being loved on, listening to music and sleeping with her mama. Everyday is a new day in learning to live without her by my side.

Emme
Elea is my third born. A lot like her sister, she is very feisty, determined and joyful. Like Nate, Elea can’t look at someone and not smile. She is obsessed with Nathan, everything food, her play kitchen and feeding others. She is completely in love with her papa and would’t know what to do without her Grosi and Nana (grandmothers).

Elea
Eric, my amazing and loving husband. My number one supporter who puts up with all my strengths and areas of opportunity 🙂 He is my everything. Without him I would not be able to stay home and enjoy every ounce of joy and stress by babes bring on. There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t thank the Lord for giving me such an amazing husband with an even bigger heart.
They are my joy.
